TNRS Presents the Premiere of “Beyond Forgetting”, a Performance by Cosmin Stănilă

The “Radu Stanca” National Theatre Sibiu (TNRS) invites audiences to the preview and premiere of Beyond Forgetting, a performance by Cosmin Stănilă. The preview is scheduled for 7 February, and the premiere will take place on 8 February at 5:00 PM, at Studio Hall, featuring actors Diana Lazăr and Radu Costea.

Ioana Dobrescu, a well-known actress, is diagnosed with dementia. Her son, Cristi, chooses to return home to take care of her, neglecting his own life. Ioana’s illness is faced by the two with humor and courage, yet it raises questions about care, love, and dignity.

“I am glad that we can offer the public the opportunity to discover this creation signed by Cosmin Stănilă, with two remarkable actors, Diana Lazăr and Radu Costea, in a performance that speaks about dignity, love, and the need to stay close to one another when life becomes difficult to bear. A performance that has humor, light, poetry, and a great deal of normality. I invite you to Studio Hall for the preview on 7 February and the premiere on 8 February,” said Constantin Chiriac, General Director of TNRS.
