 Audience access to the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu’s performances is made solely on the basis of tickets on sale at the Theatre Agency from Sibiu, 17 Nicolae Bălcescu Avenue, or online, directly from www.tnrs.ro. For tickets purchased from the platform www.entertix.ro, prices vary with the customers’ options regarding printing and delivery. Tickets may also be purchased on the night of the performance, 30 minutes prior to its beginning, within seat availability. Tickets cannot be booked for the performances of the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu; access to the auditorium is guaranteed only through ticket purchase.

 

 The “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu accepts payment in cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), as well as bank transfer. For tickets purchased at the theatre entrance, only payment in cash is accepted.

 

 The “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu offers discounts on tickets for students and seniors only on the basis of documentary evidence to be presented at the entrance of the show. If the viewer is unable to prove that they are a student or retired, TNRS may refuse access to the hall without refunding the ticket.

 

 For each performance, the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu reserves 2 seats for disabled children within the age restrictions imposed by the event, or for adults with severe and accentuated handicap, and other 2 seats for attendants. Their entry is free of charge based on honorary tickets issued only upon advance reservations with the Theatre Agency, within seat availability. Low and medium disabled adult receives tickets in the same manner as students, within seat availability and do not need booking in advance. If the adult in question cannot provide supporting documentation of his or her inclusion in a protection system, at the theatre entrance, TNRS may refuse access to the hall without refunding the ticket and request the cost difference for the full price ticket.

 

 Access of children under 3 years of age is not permitted in the hall.

 

 Access of children of over 4 years of age is permitted in the hall solely on the basis of a ticket at a discount price, within seat availability.

 

 Some productions of the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu may contain inappropriate messages to a certain age group and, if applicable, the warning will be stated on the productions’ poster and on the institutions’ official website. In this case, the organizers reserve the right to refuse access to the auditorium for the age groups subject to this post.

 

  For organized groups of 15 people or more, the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu can offer discounts depending on the event and the number of available seats. For more details, please contact the Theatre Agency.

 

 Entry to the auditorium after the start time of the event, as it appears printed on the ticket, is not allowed.

 

 Failure to show up in due time does not entitle patrons to a refund or to use the ticket in a subsequent performance.

 

 The “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu recommends using the wardrobe. This service is provided free of charge.

 

  The use of mobile phones, cameras and video or audio recording devices is prohibited throughout the performance.

 

 Smoking is prohibited inside the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu (including medicinal or electronic cigarettes).

 

 Pets are not allowed in the auditorium.

 

  It is forbidden to enter the auditorium with any type of food, colored beverages or soft drinks, laser flashlights, sharp objects, toxic substances or weapons. In some cases, representatives of the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu may carry out controls upon entry.

 

 In case you require special assistance to enter the auditorium, please notify at least one day prior to the event, at the following address ticketing@sibfest.ro or call +4 0369 101 578.

 

 In case of illness of an actor or force majeure, the “Radu Stanca” National Theatre of Sibiu reserves the right to modify the schedule of performances. Tickets can be refunded or renewed for another performance. Amounts resulting from additional costs (travel, hotel, courier, bank charges etc.) will not be covered by the organizer.
